If you have concerns about your pet's health or feel they are sick there is help! We can diagnose, treat and/or prescribe medications from our video chat or message service. Our mission at Big Bay Animal Hospital is to understand your pet needs and provide accurate guidance and advice.
If medication is required then a prescription(s) will be available through our well-stocked pharmacy in our state-of-the-art hospital. We may also recommend a more comprehensive examination and treatment in the hospital for complex cases during our "new" appointment times. Your on-line consult fee will offset our in-hospital consultation fees if an exam is necessary or medication is prescribed by our doctor.
